Come and experience a lifestyle that includes regular eating of simple, nourishing food, daily morning yoga classes (including postures, breathing and relaxation), midday deep relaxation and evening meditation (including mantra) practices.  These practices help to expand the natural capacity for flexibility and strength of body, mind and spirit, inherent in all.  A two hour daily practice of Karma Yoga helps us to expand our capacity to be present throughout the day becoming increasingly conscious in our thoughts words and actions.

Saturday 5 May:  Te Tangi O Te Ao:  Sound Vibration Workshop

"Somewhere in us is a sound.
It is expressed as the inner voice,
the voice from heaven,
the whisper from the unknown
as the language of the soul."

Swami Satyananda Saraswati

Throughout the ages the healing power of vibration has been used for expansion of well-being of self and others; for healing of the earth; to expand inner freedom and joy.

This workshop uses the healing power of sound vibration to uplift and make a difference in our own and the lives of all those we interact with.  Join this workshop to connect with practices gifted to this time by two ancient traditions.

You are invited to join with Ruth Port (Educator, weaver and student of yoga ) and Atmavidya (Ngati Saraswati and teacher of yoga and disciple living within the guidance of the tradition of Satyananda Yoga and Sanatana Dharma), to remember the art of listening and resonating with the inner voice.  Ruth has absorbed many of the Ancient Maaori teachings held by Dr Rangimarie Rose Pere, a renown tohuna from Waikaremoana and has been gifted the right to share the knowledge given to her.

Give yourself space to be immersed in practices that will expand your capacity to:

*  listen and hear this voice of the spirit;
*  harmonise with the language of the soul;
*  be attuned to the sound vibrations of everything in existence;
*  harmonise with the healing voice of this land, Hawaiki Tautau (The Pulse of Ancient \Hawaiki Aotearoa) and with the resonance of a great spiritual inheritance to learn some Vedic Shanti (Peace) mantras.
