Kia Ora and Welcome to Parito Coastal Yoga Retreat

Parito Yoga Retreat is devoted to honouring and nurturing the life essence, wholeness, and well-being of people and the land.

Parito is located on the west coast of the North Island of New Zealand, in the community of Ruapuke, near Raglan and about two hours from Auckland.  Karioi is the maunga (mountain) who watches over Parito and surrounding lands. Parito, surrounded by nature, looks northward to Karioi and the bushlands encircling her and looks westward towards Tangaroa (Tasman sea) and Karewa (Gannet Island).

We offer a range of retreat options, including personal yoga and meditation retreats available throughout the year (as well as organised retreats, workshops and events including cleansing retreats; meditation and silence retreats; retreats for carers; retreats  for well-being and retreats for management of stress) nature retreats, and mindful sustainable living retreats. Retreats are provided in a peaceful coastal setting within a cosy, clean, comfortable and techno-free environment.

At Parito, your whole well-being and your individual needs is our focus.

We have extensive vegetable gardens and a gradually expanding orchard area aimed at providing fresh nutritious and organically grown food for our guests.
